D.T.C. Prices and Policies

Course prices vary between schools and many specials are
held throughout the year. High school programs have
registration forms or an evening sign-up session. The most
recent course prices are available by calling the D.T.C. main
office numbers (781) 762-5500 or (508) 528-9510.

Generally, refunds by D.T.C. are determined by the following schedule.
However, extenuating circumstances may be considered.

100%        --------------------------        Before 1st session
80%        ---------------------------        Before 2nd session
60%        --------------------------        Before 3rd session
0%        --------------------------        Before 4th session

Above percentage is of total course price, not deposit. There is no refund if the
student does not take driving lessons. If a student drops out of class, he/she
may begin in a subsequent course at no charge. Above "sessions" are
scheduled sessions not those simply "attended" by the students. Moving
from the area is not a reason for refund but some extenuating circumstances
will be considered. License test sponsorship refunds are only available before
an exam is scheduled. If an exam is re-scheduled 5 days before the original
test, there is no additional fee. Both D.T.C. and the RMV charge an additional
$30 fee for late cancellation or re-scheduling. Only one license test may be
scheduled at one time.
